As a Black Muslim woman, I bring both lived and professional experience into our sessions. I understand the deep impact of identity, faith, systemic barriers, and community. This space is yours and I’m committed to creating an environment that is safe, compassionate, and free of judgement.
I’m especially passionate about reconnecting individuals with their strengths, healing from the past, and stepping into the fullness of who they are. Our work together will support your healing on every level: mind, heart, and soul.

Our first session is a welcoming, no-pressure conversation. We'll discuss your background, what brings you here, and your therapy goals. This session is all about understanding your needs and answering any questions you might have.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes. The number of sessions needed depends on your individual goals and progress.

Standard sessions are $160. Sliding Scale available based on eligibility criteria.

All sessions are conducted exclusively online for your convenience and comfort. We do not offer in-person sessions. This a virtual practice.
